* Integration of Leroy binary signals were giving negative results:
* Investigating [http://www.hep.ucl.ac.uk/pbt/wikiData/presentations/2018/LK20180124_AnalyseImageData.pdf image acquisition for Nikon camera]:
** Probably a result of including rising edge of pulse when calculating baseline.
** Using '''SJ''' liquid scintillator image to test reconstruction.
** By cutting off the second half of pre-trigger pulse, only 1 pulse giving negative integral.
** Integrating single column of pixels to get 1D curve.
** '''SJ''' suggests looking at smallest pulses to make sure integration is valid; also check negative result.
** Gets an approximate Bragg curve from integrated signal but reflections in image make curve poor.
** '''ABF''' suggests comparing integration windows of 150 ns and lower to Caen ADC data: currently using window over whole pulse.

* ''To Do'':
** Fix negative pulse.
** Computer upgraded to Centos7: fit doesn't work any more (ROOT integrator fails).
** Adjust timing window to replicate Caen spectrum.
** Find a way to deal with very different scintillator slice thicknesses

** Data format of ISDI sensor?

* Update on [http://www.hep.ucl.ac.uk/pbt/wikiData/presentations/2018/ABF_groupMeeting_17.01.2018.pdf single module detector simulations and scintillator paint tests]:
* Painting scintillator sheets:
** Checking Monte Carlo Truth with detector output.
** Both paints look good so far.
** Still a difference between MC Truth and reconstructed resolutions, but much smaller than before when using mono energetic proton beam.
** Will check on Monday for painting all sheets.
** Resolutions are good enough for paper.
* Final version of 3 month plan requested by '''SJ''':
* Paint tests with scintillator still pending:
** Will include notes from previous meetings and circulate.
** Retested painted scintillator sheet with higher LED voltage: resolution now matches unpainted, wrapped scintillator.
** Will '''not''' include any details of final plans for beam tests: waiting for discussion with '''Ruben Saakyan'''.
** '''SJ''' strongly objected to choice not to decide on complete schedule in advance, but left choice to '''ABF'''.
** '''SJ''' requested to be involved in meeting with '''RS''' regarding final beam schedule.
