MVD C&C test software
=====================

Current status at DESY
----------------------

The test programs are independent of the MVD DAQ software.
To run a test:

1. Login to baccus using the mvddaq LynxOS account
2. cd ~mvddaq/ucl/lynx
3. Type the program name

The A32 addressing mode is enabled with these addresses set:
Master: 0x10000000
Slave : 0x00000000

Build by typing eg make mvd, in the lynx directory
(at present, building is done on bimbo or at UCL).


VME test programs
-----------------

piglet : ZEUS MVD C&C Master and Slave soak test
dipzy  : ZEUS MVD C&C Master soak test
po     : Single word read/write with scope-mode option
