xtalk factor from 0.5->0.8 made no difference
Changing xtalk_factor from 0.5 -> 0.95 improves things slightly...

Note there are a number of occasions here where the crosstalk has been (probably) identified but dissallowed... no crosstalk hits in adjacent planes and strips are allowed.
