2 and 4 on Plane 4 West - LEDs 1 and 3 appear to be swapped
8 on Plane 2 West - no light seen from one LED on one side - box->LIM fibre snapped / LED broken ?
12 on Plane 3 East light not seen in some strips from one LED on one side - LIM edge ?
13 and 14 on Plane 1 West - LEDs 13 and 14 appear to be swapped
18 on Plane 2 West - no light seen from one LED on one side - box->LIM fibre snapped / LED broken ?
19 and 20 on Plane 4 East and West - LEDs 18 and 19 appear to be swapped
