Instructions for the people at UCL: ----------------------------------- By pressing the appropriate buttons on the console, get it so the computer's screen appears where you want it (main screen). On the PC, click NetMeeting (this must be running before RHUL calls). Then RHUL will call the UCL PC (see below). When this call comes through, click on the appropriate button to accept. From view, select full screen. Instructions for the lecturer at RHUL: -------------------------------------- From the RHUL studio, log in and start NetMeeting (icon on desktop). The UCL people must start NetMeeting on their PC (see above). From "Call", enter: To: 128.40.37.227 (the IP address of the PC at UCL) Using: automatic Providing the connection is then made successfully, go to "Tools" -> "sharing" Then for "Programs to share" select whatever you want to share (it probably already has to be running) e.g. GhostView. For reference, the IP address of the PC in the RHUL livenet studio is 134.219.202.212. The UCL livenet studio's phone number is 020 7679 7029. The Livenet expert at UCL is Phillip Riebold.
