Ben Strutt - About me

No picture :(

I am a PhD student in the High Energy Physics group at University College London. I work on the ANITA-3 experiment under the supervision of Ryan Nichol.

Read on for some pages I find convenient and some vaguely useful ANITA-3 related stuff.

Expect it to be terse.

ANITA-3 Calibration Log (2014)

Click here to read the calibration log for the 2014 hardware integration period in Palestine, TX (and Hawaii) and calibration period in Antarctica.

You will need the usual ANITA username and password because you can add comments from the web page.

List of cmdTui commands for ANITA-3 (2014-15)

Click here for a descriptive list of the cmdTui commands that can be sent to ANITA-3 over satellite or LOS.

Usual ANITA username and password required.

ANITA-3 HipChat Log (2014-15)

Click here for a searchable record of the official ANITA-3 communicator conversations from the 2014-15 flight and pre-flight period. Everything was laboriously copied and pasted from the client and dumped into an SQL database for your viewing pleasure.

Eagle eyed viewers will note that I've added an Approx. Run column to the conversation, which was based on the timestamps of telemetered events. This should help anyone trying to match up data features with any comments made at the time.

Enjoy.
