Control the attributes of analysis object data, namely
BJet (7.4.1 B-tagged Jet (BJet)) : B-tagged Jet
Electron (7.4.2 Electron (Electron)) : Electron
Muon (7.4.3 Muon (Muon)) : Muon
Photon (7.4.4 Photon (Photon)) : Photon
TauJet (7.4.5 Tau (TauJet)) : Tau
Comp.Part. (7.4.6 Composite Particle (CompPart)) : Composite Particle
All AOD data is taken from the AOD Collections. It may be viewed in φ/η projection (5.2 φ/η Projection) and Lego Plot (5.11 Lego Plot).
φ/η projection : AOD objects are displayed in circles, with size of the circle scales with Pt or ET. A cross ('x') in the center of the circle marks the object's position in φ and η. Detailed information of the objects can be obtained by Pick (4.3 Pick) on the circles.
Lego Plot : Electron, Muon and Photon are displayed as towers, and the others are displayed in circles on the φη plane, with the center of the circle marks the object's position in φ and η.
The color of each AOD data is set based on a same principle. Using BJet as an example. The color of each b-tagged jet is defined by the color function which may be either
constant, in which case the constant color is used for all b-tagged jets,
or it may vary with each b-tagged jet being given the color of its
index: in the range 0 to numBJet-1.
More information about colors in Atlantis is given in 7.7.1 About the Use of Colors.
