This is a place holder for documentation for the JetSmearer class to be
supplied by relevant authors of specific Smearer classes.
In the prototype this has been implemented directly from ATLFAST++ without
any attempt to appraise or re-write the code. Therefore please see old
ATLFAST++ and ATLFAST-Fortran documentation for details of smearing procedure.
