This version is the modified pld v9 (../tim_ox9) code used to fix/add features
picked up by the pixel/sct groups at CERN,

These mods should will be propagated to version 10 of the TIM code.

MODS:
pld8: added oa_rod_busy output from pld8 to pld2 using sgbD[4]
pld2: added oa_rod_busy to pld2 and fixed tim-busy equation to use it.
pld8: removed /runmode from rod_busy equation.
pld2: used (oa-rod_busy AND en_rodbusy) to veto sa triggers (in samode only).
