There are three main options for accomodation: staying in a student hall
of residence or a local hostel or hotel.
The following hotels are near to UCL and to each other. To provide easy access to UCL (and encourage sociability) we are recommending that participants book a room in one of these three hotels. It is difficult to block book hotels in central London and so unfortunately we cannot offer any discounts. Participants should contact the hotels directly to book their own hotel rooms. Hall of Residence
Conveniently located halls of residence acommodation is available for the conference. UCL halls of residence are available here. We are also using LSE accommodation click here for more information. For the LSE accomodation Carr-Saunders Hall, Passfield Hall and Rosebery Hall are the closest to UCL. Accommodation is available in single rooms, twin (shared) rooms. Unfortunately there is no block booking for this conference, once the halls of residence are full they are gone.
Please note that most of our hall of residence accommodation makes use of shared bathroom facilities. Some rooms are available with ensuite facilities, but are closer to hotels in price. Please contact the halls of residence yourself to book a room for the conference.

Check-In
You can check into your hall of residence after 2pm on the day of arrival. They will happily look after your luggage if you want to drop it off earlier in the day, before the meeting starts at UCL. They prefer check-in before 9pm; later check-in is possible but please let them know beforehand.Breakfast
