There are two main options for accomodation: staying in a student hall of residence or a local hotel.

Hall of Residence

Conveniently located hall of residence acommodation is available for the nights of the 29th and 30th March. We are using LSE accommodation in Carr-Saunders Hall, Passfield Hall and Rosebery Hall (click here for more information). Accommodation is available in single rooms, twin (shared) rooms or, once all the single rooms are full, twin rooms will be available for single occupancy (at a higher price). There are a small number of single rooms available for the night of Sunday the 28th March, the day before the conference begins; if you want a room for the Sunday night then you must choose a single room for the entire conference. Please note that all of our hall of residence accommodation makes use of shared bathroom facilities.

Check-In

You can check into your hall of residence after 2pm on the day of arrival. They will happily look after your luggage if you want to drop it off earlier in the day, before the meeting starts at UCL. They prefer check-in before 9pm; later check-in is possible but please let them know beforehand.

All rooms booked for this conference include a full breakfast.
