Registration Fee

The basic registration fee does not include acommodation, but does include a ticket for the conference dinner on the evening of Tuesday 29th March. The fee depends on whether you are a member of the IOP and whether you register before the 1st of March. IOP members and students pay a reduced fee compared to non-members and "senior" physicists. Registration fees are set out in the table below:

Accommodation

Conveniently located hall of residence acommodation is available for the nights of the 29th and 30th March. We are using LSE accommodation in Carr-Saunders Hall, Passfield Hall and Rosebery Hall (click here for more information). Accommodation is available in single rooms, twin (shared) rooms or, once all the single rooms are full, twin rooms will be available for single occupancy (at a higher price). There are a small number of single rooms available for the night of Sunday the 28th March, the day before the conference begins; if you want a room for the Sunday night then you must choose a single room for the entire conference. The acommodation prices are set out below:

Once all the hall of residence accommodation has been booked, you will be unable to select this option on the registration page, so please register early to avoid disappointment! Alternatve cheap accommodation options, as well as an extensive list of nearby hotels, are provided on the "Accommodation" page, but you will need to make your own arrangements in this case.

Payment of Fees

Individual Payment

If you will be making an individual payment, please download and fill in the payment form here and either e-mail, fax or post it to Christine Johnston at the address below.

Group Payment

In many cases payment will be made on your behalf by your group. Please register as normal, and then inform your group administrator of your fees (including accommodation) that will be displayed on your registration confirmation page. Group administrators can either use the same form here to make a block payment by credit card, or else contact Christine Johnston directly to arrange a bank transfer or other means of payment.
