Planning details for the 2018 ENLIGHT meeting and training day, hosted by UCL.

Chairs

  • Finalise chairs for Imaging session: GR.
  • Finalise speakers and chairs for Patient Selection session: RA — Session still needs a speaker on UK introduction (Adrian Crellin unavailable) and chairs confirming.
  • Confirm sponsorship payments and requirements: RA. — ✓ — as of 06/06/18, Varian (£5k) have not paid or contacted Manjit; Cyclotron Trust (£2k) have not paid.
  • Discuss site visit with UCLH/Bouygues: RA. — ✓ — No site visit but can view from platform?
  • Arrange monthly meetings with Local Organisers: GR, SJ. — Need to organise meeting soon.
