These proton ranges are calculated from the NIST PSTAR database:

In order to calculate the range for protons, select "Water, Liquid" as the material (second to last entry in list) and put in the required proton energy in MeV (one per line), e.g.

70 150 230

Everything else can be left unchanged.

In the resulting table, the first column is the proton energy in MeV and the second-to-last column is the projected range in "g/cm^2": for pure water, with a density of 1 g/cm^3 (at 4°C), this is equivalent to "cm".
