Physics Discussion Topics for FP420

- Discussion on physics for the FP420 project. Note, FP420 is not an ATLAS project, but one of its goals (and the UCL interest in it) is to produce a proposal for forward detectors as an ATLAS upgrade. It will also produce such a proposal for CMS, and this page is for generic discussion of the physics case for both.
