2. 10 minute luminosity blocks only go up to "6"
   before cycling back to 1. Therefore, the 60-70 
   minutes go into minutes10_1, 70-80 into minutes10_2 etc.
   Is this what is intended? Do we have time stamp 
   information to know what times features happened at?
