Here is a short summary on the
luminosity uncertainty and scaling factors
which have to be applied to the output
from Rocros to get the "best" luminosity value.
The reference Luminosity is always SWRL.
These are preliminary results for LEPC.
--------------------------------------------
Systematic error on Lumi (set to 100% in Rocros output):
experimental : 0.23%
bhabha theory : 0.25%
-------
0.34%
--------------------------------------------
beam energy uncertainty
(+/- 100 MeV) : dL/L = 0.22%
--------------------------------------------
Scaling factors:
o Adjustment to default cross-section in rocros:
scale luminosity DOWN as
Lumi(true) = Lumi(rocros)*0.9918
o Rope nominal beam energy higher by 150 MeV:
scale luminosity DOWN as
Lumi(true) = Lumi(rocros)*0.9968
Overall scaling factor:
Lumi(true) = Lumi(rocros)*0.989
