Block diagram of Calice Analogue and FPGA module

The Calice project will be based on the work currently being carried out on the CMS project. This should reduce the total work package required to an acceptable level. To a first order this will require removing all of the analogue electronics (and delay/front FPGAs) from the CMS design (both circuit and layout) and adding the required Calice analogue circuit module and repeating it 8 times.

A block diagram of the Analogue and FPGA design for Calice can be seen below, the new design will attempt to minimise the amount of modifications required to the CMS part of the design.
