TIGGER1  runs both MTC and LTCC under GFLT control ( eg. MM's GFLT/MTC TEST BOX )

	 Puts the MTC in`ROC P/L FREEZE' mode
	 ==> LTCC into `ROC P/L FREEZE'
	 While checking TRIGGER ( P/L ) ADDRESS and END COPY ADDRESS
	 on the LTCC only

	 ==> slow, only one buffer at a time, ie. no BUFFER FULL
