Summary of previous meeting

Looked at V1 and V2 of pipes project

V1: 

At end of January have OAMP and Iperf running tests between the next-gen abeline network. Store data using DataSpace.

Look to have a more complete system, by... ??. Have OAMP and Iperf streaming into the database; crude scheduler; deployed across Abeline and two campusses.

V2:

Other stuff: end user tools, testing engine, grid services.

Will be talking to Warren Matthews. Mat, Rod, George too.

For us to do

Yee: we're looking at mostly V2 stuff, but are willing to provide effort for V1.

Wanted to take some dataspace visualisation tools. Wanted to look a bit at OAMP stuff.

OAMP is being redone to move it up to the next version of the protocol spec. We are more interested in looking at an overview of its capabilities.

Someone there is looking at VoIP stuff. They're going to get in a conferencing box from Edial, up in early January. Also there are some Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) box.

If Eric sends out the architecture, we can send them the parts we're interested in.
