Oscillating 1-way delays between PMPs because of changes in clocks, even though they have GPS timing systems.

Using NTP to stabilise the state between the PMPs

There was a kernel option to FreeBSD to look at the GPS timing system at kernel level instead of daemon level. Reduces polling interval by two orders of magnitude.

From action from last time: No decent OWAMP documentation. Has not been able to do that.

Been out for two weeks. Setting up a presentation on piPES for John Kennedy and some other guy.
Going to California next Monday to meet with Warren Matthew etc at SLAC. Warren Matthews is really interested in working on things in piPES.
