Major concerns?

Mark: it might be worth justifying some parts.
eg, why use NMWG all the way through?
We have good reasons, but they're not in the doc


Kostas: the prototype is to be thrown away,
but how much could be kept for the final version of the document and the program


Ratna: The deliverable
The idea is not to use the prototype design for the deliverable report, but to remove the appropriate bits from it.
This is so that the prototype design is not muddied by parts that have to be in the deliverable.



Assignment of tasks

Everyone must put up updates when they're close.

WP7 installation
====

I have to: get the GLite R-GMA archiver to read from Sophie's database.


Gloria: is trying to install WP7 stuff on a machine there, using my instructions
