JRA4: Lots of terms used are not as obvious as we might think.

Micheal: At the moment the quickest way to deploy QOS is to do it by hand.
Pete: There are simple ways to do end to end allocation. It is not clever but it is positive.
 (as it can be done at all).

Re reconfiguring routers: DFN doesn't do auto configuration of routers: configurations are chcked by hand.

Can't just ignore that there noods to be some recommendations for sites.
