Meeting with Javier and Yee on stuff

With Yee: do we use this monitoring machine

Yee needs a box he can use, and that he can mess with the kernel of.
The other three MBNG machines have only one NIC, and must be connected to the MBNG network.
Needs another week to make sure the TCP stuff works. This is the only time when there's real instability.

On the third week of March we'll start building this testbed.
