IPv6 uptake

Can Eduardo circulate the text he has done to the list as there are some open questions in it.

Eduardo will probably come to the thing on the 22nd.

Clarke: SixNet have agreed already to talkt to use about IPv6.
They can, for example, teach people how to write software that is not IP version dependant.
This could be useful to all sorts of people.
