Activity reports:

For the activity reports, the appropriate sections are placed into the appropriate parts of the meeting minutes.
Then trivial matters need not be mentioned in the actual phone conference,
but the minutes could be read beforehand, so that exception can be raised.


BAR:
Circularted a second draft of the architecture document.
Coming up with a dummy interface to stest stuff in January.



NPM:

Getting someting out of the prototype:
Security. Gloria

Kostas would like a single document containing all the lessons learnt from doing the prototype.
Ratna will take the token for starting this document - setting up the structure and so on.
I should send off all the lessons I've learned, piecemeal if necessary, to Ratna before the outline becomes available.
