Hammer through the schema line-by-line

Need to work out what documents they want to produce.

They've found that it's a bit difficult to keep the GGF documents in sync with the schema.
Maybe they can just add loads of comments to the schema and submit that.

Definitely the definitive document should be the XSD file.

Dan Gunter? has tried to run an XPath query on the schema.
