Volker & RHJ: missing HEP use-cases


Tiziana: thinks that the draft is in a nearly mature status: there are points that need to be added at various points.
Also have new people joining the effort.
Need a list of volunteers who can review the document, and give their comments to the contributers on the list.

Tiziana: could proceed as follows:
 1) Tiziana adds the new usecases this week
 2) The volunteers do their reviews by the end of August




What've I done:

Removed the second part (replication of reprocessed data), as I wanted to merge it into the first part.

So I've filled in scenario 2, which was Data Replication with background information from the second use-case,
and tried to, uh, refactor the use-case to make use of the scenarios in the existing use-case...
in a similar style to the other scenarios there.

The Data Replication use-case seems to have reduced to a very small scenario, but I'm not sure if it's very equivalent.

I think that it probably needs a bit more work, though.

Tiziana: Need proper references: JRA1 deliverable is out.
         Need to fill in the other sections
