The relationship between domains is uni-directional.
So if you measure a single characteristic from A to B, then you have a measurement of that characteristic from A to B.
But you could store it as representative for B to A.

Augusto has no particular preference where data should be stored.

Note that Network Element is the link between domains.

Hmmm. Lots of discussion about what you do with QoS over the links. I.e. how you store a measurement made with normal QoS and with one that has premium service or maybe guaranteed delay. Probably in the network element you need to store the type of servcie, and have different network elements for each QoS.
