I Reported glue status:
	 I've written the metric APIs
	 Rewriting netmon2rgma to use them instead of the R-GMA APIs.

Franck reported network monitoring status:
       The patches we made to gridftp have been added now to the VDT version of Globus.
       Franck will check that it goes into the next version.
       Information providers have to be rewritten because WP3 have changed their API, and the API calls we use now are deprecated.
