Ugh. Anyway:...

We must discuss about using R-GMA for both parts (glue domains and metrics)... although clearly this is just a prototype it may be good to implement it all in R-GMA. It would be nice to have archiving, for example.

Also, configuring this thing will be difficult: we have had enough difficult getting people to associate with a NM, let along setting up a Domain structure.

ATF report
----------

ATF will take over ownership of all APIs.
This will help to ensure that noone finds that an API that they're using has disappeared.

Effect on wp7:
Any changes?

Not many. Moving to using GridFTP monitoring with Network Cost Function will probably not change the API.
Maybe a new option with netcost to specify the protocol type or something, so as to better frame "the question".

R-GMA status
------------

Robert and I are working on parts. Robert has lots to do - convert to new APIs and schemata. I have to do the same but only for netmon2rgma.
MySQL is not affected by any crashes at WP3 - therefore neither is hte netcost function or the new visualisation, which comes now:

Accessible from the wp7 main site.
You can access rTPL-style matrices or raw data as graphs or text.
