We will set one up. It doesn't matter whether we do it with LCFG or by hand.
Although Franck wants us to comment on the installation guide.

Pete (private discussion):
Make it available for general monitoring: therefore it has to be a decent machine.
It must be able to be a PMP and so on.

Monitoring

Mark Leese has added a single front page (web interface) for the network monitoring.
Gavin doesn't see how this fits with the current packaging scheme, as all the tools are separate.
It's clearly nice to just have the single front end, however it will be slightly tricky to incorporate it.
