Can you, at non priority level,  look into mobile phones. Specifically
how to get them billed to a cost code.

Ive given up on Virgin as they have failed to get back to me and tell
me how we could get virgin phones without letting them direct debit
a UCL bank account.

I suppose Vodaphone is then best ?

Can you look into mechanisms to get "business" phones, although its probalby
only for me to start with.

I need a tri-band.
