To summarise:
User needs to:

mkdir .ICAClient, or, if it already exists:

mv .ICAClient/appsrv.ini .ICAClient/appsrvini.old
mv .ICAClient/wfclient.ini .ICAClient/wfclientini.old
 (or modify by making addition to wts startup gui to add wts 2000).

mkdir .hepwts2000 
mkdir .hepwts2000/ie and
mkdir .hepwts2000/'My Documents'

Then from root@pc73: (samba server, was PC81,PC80, now PC73.)
smbpasswd -a username
