CVS system

All NEMO software packages in UCL are stored under CVS version control system. Before starting it is useful to read basic CVS user guide. E.g. https://www.cvshome.org/docs/blandy.html.

To obtain an account at cvs.hep.ucl.ac.uk contact me, or system administrator for help. Otherwise one can use WEB CVS mirror (nemocvs) to download tarball, and unpack it to the working directory.

It is useful to create a directory where the local copy of all the stuff will be stored. Usually it is something like /NEMO/soft.

To extract files directly from CVS, repository should be defined (see the manual above how to do it). UCL NEMO repository path is :ext:cvs.hep.ucl.ac.uk:/home/nemo.

rootana pachage is a C++ implementation of H10 class and useful routines to work with preanalysed ROOT ntuples. Also slim and analysis template programs slim2 and ana10 are here.

Look CVS web view at nemocvs for current status of the repository. For security reason one cannot download nemo_7.0 package via web interface. rootana package is free for browsing through it.
