Smears a 4-Vector according to parameterisation provided in derived classes. Reimplemented in Atlfast::DefaultSmearer, Atlfast::ElectronSmearer, Atlfast::JetSmearer, Atlfast::MuonSmearer, and Atlfast::PhotonSmearer.
