Minutes for UCL Proton Beam Therapy Group Meetings, 6th May

- For frontiers paper from Tony we need:
- Individual frame with single clear spot
- Individual frame with two blurred spots i.e. catching spot moving
- Frame that just shows corrupted data
- Summed data for one layer - all as pictures just for 5by5
- Single frame from gantry 1 on first night compared to egg shaped from gantry 3
Raffaella Radogna
- Approved for 7 hours beam time in Trento - likely also includes setup etc
- Going to Rome to investigate gluing together square fibres
Sonia Escribano
- Overall light output from individually calibrated modules differs between modules - is it better to calibrate overall stack or individual modules and then scale?
- Calibrate photodiode by photodiode I.e. divide by individual photodiode values
- Calibration is giving values too high for some of the modules which is making high energy Bragg peaks
- Dismantle module 4 and reassemble without injection moulded sheet
