Present

Joe Bateman, Febian, Raffaella Radogna, Simon Jolly

Raffaella Radogna

  • 1st September assemble new prototype
  • Will try and come to UCL for a few days before the beam test if prototype is assembled - likely now the week before Trento

Simon Jolly

  • Pete Hastings finished power distribution board - will see of we can make at UCL elec. eng
  • Andy has finished kria carrier board design.

Joe Bateman

  • Looked further into single-ended and differential pair signals which are shared across the PD arrays and which are unique for Heidelberg SciFi - ADC - FPGA design and beginning to look into the same for the Hamamatsu digital readout PD arrays.
  • Geant4 QuARC simulation over HEP batch farm with 20 million primaries - still not enough stats for the PD scoring area so will need to look into ways to filter optical photon production/transport to improve simulation efficiency.
