Minutes for UCL Proton Beam Therapy Group Meetings, 6th November

  • Nexys DAQ
    • Perform a thorough debugging process of ftdi.cpp and ftdi.vhd to understand how both are linked together
    • GitHub repository set up
    • One of usb-c connector pins connected ted wrong way round on rev-c board
    • Nexys video works with rev-d board and usb board
    • fixed read back pattern error in FTDI.cpp code
    • Measurement readings shown in decimal - since previous line converts to hexadecimal

Joe Bateman

  • Scripting for sourcing HEP PBT G4 environment complete - just need to make final adjustments to checkversions.sh and setpaths.sh
  • Tutorials updated on PBT Wiki or sourcing Geant4 over CVMFS.
