A more scientific way of showing that the two forces really unifies at high energy is to plot twp graphs that represents the probability of the two events, instead of their number and show that the two graphs are having the same form at high enough energy.
Cross-Section Graph - Electroweak
Unification
The vertical axis (ds/dQ2) is the differential cross section of the events, which represents the probability of the events as a function of energy. The horizontal axis is Q2, as before. We can see from the graph that the two probabilities do have the same form as a function of energy at high energy, and therefore the electromagnetic and weak force do unify at high energy.
