Fit Method

To account for the assymmetry of the clock signal, it is first normalised and mean adjusted. The zero point is set to be midway between mean high and low states, and the scale is set to 1. The result of this normalisation is shown below.

The phase is taken from a square wave fit to the data. In addition to the phase, which is fit for, the fit has five fixed paramters:

An example fit is shown below, this is after the calibration has been perofrmed (which fits the above waveform). Notice that after the calibration the clock channels line up.
