TCP Grid

TCP Grid is a TCP variant devised by Sylvain Ravot and Jean-Phillippe Martin-Flatin. Their main paper is here. it focuses not being able to tune the a and b parameters of AIMD such that you can manually alter the parameters to make flows more fair for difference in rtt and mtu sizes.
