2023

Clatterbridge Range Measurements
Pristine Bragg peak and SOBP measurements at Clatterbridge using compact QuARC prototype.
Demonstrate detector principle and SOBP fitting.

2022

Groningen FLASH Measurements
FLASH range QA measurements at PARTREC UMCG in Groningen.
Using same scintillator stacks from Manchester.
Manchester FLASH Measurements
FLASH range QA measurements at The Christie.
Also measure WET of stack using PTW PeakFinder.
UCLH 1st September 2022
Experimental measurements at UCLH. Fourth beam test with photodiode DAQ system.

LED Optical Isolation Tests
Lab tests at UCL using LED fibre injection and unpainted sheets with layers of material in between to provide optical isolation.

Energy-to-range calibration measurements with a calibration wheel used by physicists at Clatterbridge with detector module comprising a 2" PMT and new PS-based scintillator.
Data cross-checking measurements taken with the wheel to that taken with PMMA blocks of equivalent thickness at the same location, and further upstream at the modulator box.
Measured total dose delivered to the new PS-based scintillator for radiation damage and hardness considerations.
Recorded waveform data with new LeCroy HDO6104 oscilloscope.
Made neutron measurements with the large 8" PMT hexagonal block module.
